Open roles
Salary bands are published in the first call. We pay one rate across Europe rather than adjusting for where your flat is.
Own the request path: provider adapters, streaming, fallback logic and the routing scorer. You will care about tail latency, and you will be able to explain why a request took 40ms longer than it should have.
Build the surface developers actually look at - keys, usage, cost breakdowns, budgets. Half product design, half React. The bar is that a developer understands their spend in five seconds without reading a legend.
Write the guides, build the sample apps, answer the hard questions in public. You will have commit access and be expected to fix the docs you complain about.
